Inside FAIRLIAR: A Seoul Design Perspective on Women's Golf Apparel

FAIRLIAR 26SS editorial - black cardigan with lace collar, pearl buttons and ribbon details

Every FAIRLIAR piece starts in Seoul, Korea — here is what that means for how our clothes look, fit, and feel.

Founded in Seoul, designed for everywhere

FAIRLIAR was founded in Seoul, Korea in 2017 with a simple conviction: golf wear could be as considered as fashion. Rather than adapting menswear patterns or adding color to basics, we design women's golf apparel from a fashion point of view first — silhouette, proportion, and detail — then engineer it to perform through a full round.

What a Seoul design perspective looks like

Seoul's fashion culture prizes precision: clean lines, deliberate proportions, and details that reward a second look. In FAIRLIAR collections that translates to high-waist pleated skirts with exact fold widths, ribbon and pearl accents that finish a hat or visor, and coordinated palettes that let separate pieces dress as one outfit.

Fashion and function, refusing to choose

Every collection is built to move: stretch fabrics, inner linings and built-in shorts in skirts, layers cut so shoulders stay free through the swing. The test we hold ourselves to is double — a piece has to perform on the course and hold its own at lunch afterward.

Coordinated by design

Because each season is designed as one wardrobe, a FAIRLIAR skirt, knit, and visor bought separately still resolve into a coordinated outfit. That is the quiet advantage of designing everything in one studio, in one palette conversation, season after season.
